Our multidisciplinary staff performs fully-integrated Design-Build services for both Horizontal and Vertical construction. We provide Construction Administration and Design-Build services for both public and private-sector projects. Since its inception in 2000, OTAK has built a core business around creating long-standing client relationships; assessing their needs, being innovative in our approach, and targeting our resources to meet client and project objectives in a timely, cost-effective manner. In combination with our teaming partners, we provide insightful planning and design, value engineering, consistent communication, professional accountability, and project oversight to ensure a successful outcome for each project. We are actively involved with Government agency representatives at each stage of the project to guarantee that schedules, budgets, and client goals are met. Our experience in providing successful Design-Build construction services to the Federal Government and other agencies on Marine, Civil, and Building construction projects is evident through our superior past performance. We have been a quality provider of Design-Build construction services for Federal, State, Municipal, Industrial, and Commercial customers throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast for more than eleven (11) years.

Kato, President and CEO, established OTAK Group, Inc. in October 2000 with a commitment in providing the highest possible quality Design-Build construction services possible to set new standards for professionalism and dedication to our clients. OTAK is a Native American-owned, Federally certified 8(a), State of Florida Certified General Contractor experienced in providing successful Design-Build construction services to the Federal Government and other agencies on Marine, Civil and Building construction projects. We have been a quality provider of Design-Build construction services for Federal, State, Municipal, Industrial and Commercial projects throughout the State of Florida and the Southeast for more than nine (9) years.
OTAK currently employs 18 Management personnel encompassing Project Managers, Superintendents, Safety and Quality Control Managers, Estimators and Contracts Administrative staff. OTAK’s field staff number 22 and include equipment operators, carpenters, and laborers.
